This picture depicts a roadside astrologer who dot the streets of many Indian cities arranging his wares,like the tarrot cards and the mystical parrot in the cage.Indians are by nature God fearing and belive heavily on fate and desiny.This has allowed such people as seen in the picture to take advantage of gullible people to make a decent business.But hopefully the situation is changing fast as regards the confidense and self belief of the people of the nation and the people are slowly shedding their faith in the stars.So,one would not be able to take pictures of these 'fate_men' so easily in future.
