thats very much contemporary for kolkata!! u probably dont know, but the bengal govt has initiated a ban on hand-pulled rickshaw from kolkata, which has created a sort of stir.

hello Khalil,
he looks too small and light to be pulling customers around . No wonder he is tired. But this reminds me of a saying my dad used to be fond of..."when I was young I could sleep on a clothes line". And perhaps the same is true here. I can't imagine an adult finding sleep this way. Inteesting.
