An old photo of Balbirji our sherpa in a reflective mood.
This photo was taken during our trek expedition to Kosa Valley off Joshimath. He was sitting on a boulder and looking at the vast expanse of the mountains.
I admire these people who risk their lives to help us brave the mountains. If they were not there, man could not have conquered the Himalayas.

Damn good portrait of the man who helped you discover the Himalayas..His relective mood with the sunglasses and also the reflection of the vast expanse on his glares are giving the depth to this shot..!!!
Very well seen and shot...and these are always a tribute to these men who do so much for us to experience the depth of the Himalayas...!~!

This is a masterpiece.The sunglass reflecting the vastness of the Himalayas obviusly gives a different POV altogether.
