Photographer’s Note
Everest after the sunrise at 7 o'clock.
Winged on either side by Macalu, Lhotse and Nuptse The world's highest glitters with all its magnificence.
The picture has been snapped from Sandakphu (3611 Meters) which is mostly famous for the unleashed view of Kanchenjunga.
Almost all the famous peaks of Eastern Himalayas are visible from here.
The trekking trail from Sandakphu to Falut is clearly visible on the foreground.

Hallo from Germany!
This is a great, an incredible view. The air must be very dry to have this sight. By the brown foreground you achieve an enormous depth and there's a wonderful colour contrast to the blue and the white of the rest of the scenery. An impressive picture...!

Hello Doctor,
This is a superb view from Sandakphu. Not always easy with the fog and cloud cover but I guess October is just about the right time to get a clear look.
Best Wishes

This is really beautiful.
The light and colours are fantastic, and I like how you have allowed the sky to dominate the composition.
Wonderful.

Hello Dr. J. Bhunia,
This is a wonderful photo of the Big Mountain. A lot of sky above it remind us that the Earth is also a small place.

Hi Dr. Bhunia,
An awesome...beautiful photo of the Emperor. It is very impressive to see the mountain range lightened and Everest the brightest. It must have been a wonderful experience to be there. Best wishes.

Uhau, this kind of mountain scenery excites me very much and even more because of my recent trek in the Himalayas. Love everything here: The sky, the amazing view and the sight of the trail in foreground. You must have an incredible collection of your trekings...
Thanks for sharing, Dr. J. Bhunia.

Hi Bhunia,
Wow! Absolutely breath taking! You captured so wonderfully the majestic beauty of those giants and the mood of the early hour. Fantastic light, colors and sharpness. Very effective compo; those clouds make it even more special.
From what I read, I know for a long time of the beauties of the Indian Himalayas, but I confess that I didn't know that one could enjoy such views of the Everest from India until I discovered TE.
With the unstable situation in Nepal and my son's fascination for India (shared with all the family, of course), I think that your portfolio puts West Bengal and Sikim in my dream list of places to visit.
TFS, Regards, José.
