This little girl had just been treated for an injury on the street in Delhi. Now she had to receive an injection to prevent further problems. Her Father's comforting hands tried to take away some of the fear and pain of the needle.

Despite the poor qualitym this is a really good picture... yo managed to tell the whole story without the need for a note - thats really quite a good thing to be able to do... I noticed that you do this in many of your images...

Well done!! Composition underline the pain very well.
I like the clean shirt of the doctor compared with the other two people.
