Photographer’s Note

Rainbow on forest. About five kilometers away from my town there is a small forest in Punjabi it is called BIR .On 3rd May when all of sudden in the evening the weather become stormy I was passing by that BIR so clicked this photograph and now here for sharing with you.

What an amazing image Chanjit - I haven't seen a rainbow in this shape or configuration before - the quailities in thism image make it almost like an English landscape painting by Constable - you've held the sky really well with no excessive burn and the subleties of sky and light and shade in the trees are really wonderful - a lovely shot.

I like the tranquility and the empty place. Very abstract place and the stormy day describe the temperture very cold.

Wonder full shot beautifull rainbow full of colours,beautiful greens.and overcast sky, the only thing that is field has lesser green.

Very mysterious, I really like this for many reasons. First the Rainbow, what a shape, I have never seen anything like it. The tree line was perfect to give a nice depth, and also seems so mystic with the door in the opening. So many elements that work well together. Great Shot, TFS Rodney
