Coconut water is a delicious drink and very good for you. People in South India set up "shops" (or in this case piles of coconuts) and they will machete off the top and put a straw in for you to drink for just a few rupees. After you have finished the coconut water they cut it open and scoop out the soft meat, if there is any.

Nice image though it seems very much over-saturated giving the man a strange red colour. I had a little play and he looked much more healthy when saturation was decreased by about 15%
I like the compo though and there's a tamboli stall just outside my office which I'm going to visit after posting this!
