Beautiful picture- I love the architecture. The boy looks wonderful in front of that background. Good choice of using a low contrast- it gives a very artistic feel, and allows the boy to be seen. Great job!

This is just the type of mood I am trying to create with some of my pictures. A very sad moment it seems with black and white. The brightness at the back in contrast to the black near the front make for a very moody shot.
