This is the viceregal lodge at simla...now the institute of Advanced Studies...The place was a palatial lodge during the raj...the interior woodwork looks very amazing however no photography is allowed inside the building...often going unnoticed by the common tourist this place is a must see if you are in simla...the entry costs 20rs and might be a bit overpriced for you do not get to see more than an hall, a waiting room and a room with historic photographs...here the sun was setting to my left hand side and that portion was illuminated bright and the right hand side shadow area was lighted ok...i picked a reading from the right hand side portion and shot this...i've used the pathway as a leading line...
