Dargah Sharif in Visakhapatnam (full name: Hazarat-Syed Ali Ishaq Madani Aulya Rahamatulla Alihe Dargah Sharif).
A Dargah is a Sufi Islamic shrine built over the grave of a revered religious figure, often a Sufi saint or dervish.
Located in the One Town area of Visakhapatnam, this place hardly finds any mention on the internet.
[ An elaborate Muslim religious complex known as Hazarat-Syed Ali Ishaq Madani Aulya Rahamatulla Alihe Dargah Sharif was put up in 1650 atop a hill overlooking the bay in One Town area. The complex accessible through a flight of steps consists of five independent main units, viz., domed Darwaj, congregation hall, intricately designed tomb of the saint, an open arched cubicle and a triangular call-tower constructed chiefly of brick following Islamic architectural style. – European Scientific Journal, October 2013 ]
As legend goes, Saint Hazrat Ishaq Madani came to coastal Andhra from Madina almost 600 years ago. He was friendly to the poor people, especialy the fishermen.

A fine capture of this impressive monument. The devotee in her orange costume makes an excellent focal point, enlivening the scene and adding a nice splash of colour. Thanks for sharing.

La forme de l'église est un petit peu écrasée sur elle-même. J'aime la couleur de l'ensemble de la dame qui se découpe parfaitement sur cette porte fermée.

this post for me exemplifies the very mission of this web site, sharing moments and places with each other that we would never otherwise know. It's a very lovely structure and the colors are very striking. Including the woman in the scene was was great idea bringing life and even more color to the view. All finished with a great note!

L'angle de prise parfaite de voir les deux côtés de la mosquée, des couleurs attirantes, comme les vêtements de la dame devant le grillade ajoute vie, belle présentation
