The Dakhineswar Kali Temple built by Rani Rashmoni who was a devotee of Kali. This temple is located in Dakhineswar. Dakhineswar is situated on the eastern bank of Hooghly river. The temple compound, apart from the nine-spired main temple, contains a large courtyard surrounding the temple, with rooms along the boundary walls. There are twelve shrines dedicated to Shiva—Kali's companion—along the riverfront, a temple to Radha-Krishna, a bathing ghat on the river, a shrine dedicated to Rani Rashmoni.

Hi, what a fine shot is presented here! I like your composition with panoramic frame. The Dakhineswar Kali Temple is looking nice from water. I like your workshop photo too. That night capture is also nice. Excellent shot. Tfs.

This is one such image which can be sold by making postcards of this great place. Sure for this to happen PP is definitely required.
Its a composition which is both meaningful as well as pleasing.
TFS another beauty from the Ganges,

The temple is impressive and maybe it looks better from this position across the river than it would actually do from nearby. The crowded boats are strong competitors for the attention. They help to create a good atmosphere and to make the view look very exotic to Europeans. This is a well balanced and well composed photo.

Nice picture taken of the Dakshineshwar temple from the river. The light is quite soft and I might have wished some punch in the shot...but compo wise this is good
