Baghmundi is a village in the western part of Purulia district in the state of West Bengal, India.
The hillock in the background is “Matha”. This is an extended part of Chhotanagpur plateu having a general elevation of about 1000 feet consisting of undulating land with scattered hills – Baghmundi, Ajodhya and Panchakot. It is a lovely range for easy trekking.

Excellent shot again.. You took this shot maintaining a good composition.. Like the dray field in Foreground and greenery/ dry mountain in Background.. Superb image quality and nice colors too.. I also like the wonderful light.. This type of place is perfect for hiking and photography.. Lovely presentation.. Very well done..

I think it is a nice panorama with the beautiful and interesting mountain at background. Like the shepherd with his goats. Excellent shot, but you should put something in foreground. Ektu fanka fanka lagchhe samneta. Ote phototar depth barto. Overall it is a nice one. Tfs.

I like the brilliant colors in this photo. It is interesting to see such dry, desert-like ground right next to the woods.
