Once again with Saffron colors. Please don't confuse, I have not gone to the Kumbh but I am planning.
My newly found craze for new faces and expressions gives me a kick to practice portraits these days extensively.
I have found these Sadhu/Sadhus surprisingly no where but in Lotus Temple(Delhi) which is altogether a different sect and religious foundation other than Hinduism. Well they were tourists. I spoke a lot about Kumbh and Haridwar to them and they got more watchful.
I hope you will enjoy the efforts
Regards and thanks for your Smilies and Visit

This is an incisive portrait of the Sadhu, eyeing the camera lens with those piercing eyes. The resolution is as sharp as obsidian glass, every strand of his whisker visible. Normally, the man in the background could be distracting, but that sinister glare adds mystery and drama.

Absolutely brilliant - I feel as though I can touch the coarse whiskers. The mysterious blurred sadhu behind really completes the scene - certainly he is not a distraction. Tfs, Marlene

Hi Tushar. Each pore and every hair is visible in this portrait of the sadhus. The direct and intensive look at the camera enhances the effect of this photograph. The further Sadhu in the background is very well integrated into the overall composition. The photo pleases me very well because it has professional quality. Regards, Wolfgang.

Very complex expression you captured. That can be many things, but the man seems to have lots of stories to tell. The strong colors of his clothes are another high feauture of the picture. The eyes of th eman behind are even stronger and more intense. Congratulations and regards from Brazil!

A very nice portrait with many details, good narrow DoF and a friendly expression, I'm not sure about the background guy, on the negative side he takes my attention a bit away from the main one, on the positive side I find his rather aggressive attitude funny and contrasting...
Have a nice day JY

Hello MOP (MASTER OF PORTRAIT),
I am serious, you really deserve this with your professionally captured portraits. It is one of your best shot with the foreground sadhu, razor sharp and with the blurred background sadhu who is looking aggressive and suspicious. He is secondary but play I think bigger role with his presence. An excellent capture. Tfs.
My best wishes to you.
