Photographer’s Note
The sun was setting on the camel ground at the Pushkar fair.
As with many others in this series, originally this was in colour but I converted it to black and white. I explain why I chose to do so in the note to this photo.

Another nice scene Richard.. Funny, I didn't think the camel fair would be nice in B&W, you are proving me wrong.
It's light...airy.
That guy with the stick, the way he is standing, is really typical..

a big classic but it still works! i think the pic would have been cropped or framed even tighter... nice shot!

this is a beautiful composition richard
i love sun trying to make it's way through gaps in between the necks of the camels. also the long shadows..
you've used your 28 mm really well here.
it's amongst the top 2 photographs in this series of yours..
hardly any response .. what a pity :(

Hello Richard,
I like the really long shadows created by the almost hidden setting sun. The comp is great & your B&W tones are perfect for the mood here...I didn't know camels were so HUGE!!! :D take care
