Lovely colours in the man's skintone, headgear and moustache. Great definition on the image too - you can see every pore, eyebrow and bit of stuble!

how about getting this same pic from a bit away, so as to include the whole of the pagri(turban) and the chin?

very good portrait! I agree with Arnab that if you include chin and head, it would be better. Very good job anyway.

The very essence of India, a weather beaten old face, but a hint of humour there as well.
I may be tempted to crop the photo a bit closer on the left, to remove the doorpost or whatever, just my idea.

A classic portrait, classic in framing but colors and sharpness are outstanding here and prfect DOF to spot him out. Very well captured Tom.

there's Rajasthani written all over his face. lovely tones in this picture Tom. This is quite a lively capture-not only because of the colors, but the man's expressions. great portrait!
