This scene at Pushkar Fair, looks like a court meeting, the King (behind) is putting up his turban and the courtmates are getting ready to speak! :)

I like this picture.
My impression of it at first glance was actually the opposite to yours.
To me it gives the feeling like the camels are giants and the man putting his turban on is a puppet.
I wish that the neck of the first camel which was not in focus had been cropped out though.
Good picture though. Happy Clicking.

Simmetrical composition, cammels and sky in background. All object are in very good positions, I like also the most distant camel :-) I'm reflecting about deep of field. You chose shallow DOF and the man is not out of focus even if in the centre of the photo. I'm curious how it would look with all objects sharp.

this is a very well composed image Karthik.. a bit mere DOF and it would be perfect..
Pushkar is simply marvellous..
I only wish I could go back there this year....I was there in 2002.. you can go through my images to find it...
Have a nice WE....

great way to get your shot. what a compo! good light and colors. good work.

A very well composition of the picture ! I like the opposite heads of camels !

the other critiques pretty much sum it up. Great balance and crop...

Great pic, the pattern of camels leading up to the man is quite original.

Very good angle of view and framing technique.

You got here an outstanding composition by your POV on these camels Karthik and very good colors. Congratulations.

Nice picture. Good composition and POV. Could use some more DOF. Still good work.

I like it ;)

This is my favorite among all your great pushkar pictures. Very original composition.

This is a good picture cought by being at the right place at the right time. Thanks for sharing.

I like this very much for the unusual composition - a really very interesting choice of framing - I'd maybe crop it in from the top a little and I find the bottom of the picture a little more difficult to in the way the guys feet are cut off by the large mass ...but it's such a great picture otherwise it lifts above this.

This is a really cool shot. An original composition indeed. Great colours. Very well done!

I love this picture! It's very original and a bit funny, too (I think camels are funny -- they can't help it). Wonderful empty sky in the backgournd.

I stumbled into your site from one of the other's in TE. You have some great photos here....
This is one of the most striking photos; great composition. I love how you have flattened the perspective yet created a good perception of depth. The out-of-focus bokeh is wonderful, as is the arch-like arrangement of the camels' necks and their ropes. The light is very nice too. Great photo!
