Phalut

Photographer's Note

It is Mt. Kanchendzonga, third highest peak in world. I took it from Phalut top. Phalut is 26 km from Sandakphu.
The morning light on this peak is an excellent experience for eyes. Hope you like it.

impressive landscape. India is trully a blessed country. You made great use of the layers in their different luminosities. The tangential light coming from the right makes Kanchendzonga to pop up in the frame. Great one!

Lovely light on the summit, making the majestic mountain really stand out!
The diagonal foreground is a fine element in the composition, that also is creating good depth in the frame...
The few colours are very attractive too!

I should have known it, why this mountain was so familiar to me, the Kanchendzonga. Like an emperor this mountains imposes itself eveything else. Well framed and executed with fantastic color hues, in partiuclar deep blue

These majestic mountains covered with snow and illuminated by the Sun, are outlined strongly on the rest of the landscape of hills and valleys, darker and with a nice chromatic range from the black up to the grey tones.
The blue sky is a perfect complement to this good composition.

Nice picture. Very well captured different hills and landscapes with different shades... You were lucky to see this great view... i visited 10 times in Darjeeling and skkim but never seen Mt. Kanchendzonga...Will try again..
