Bheem's Hanuman Temple, Virat Nagar, Jaipur
This place is as old as "Shri Madbhagwat Geeta" is (around 5000 years old). Geeta is one of the holiest book of Hindus.
In the story of Geeta, Pandava and Kaurava fought. Pandava represented the battle for truth and Kaurava were finally lost their kingdom. Pandava were five brothers and they were assisted by Lord Shri Krishna.
Before the war, Pandava lived for last one year here during their twelve years of exile. When the Pandavas reached here at Virat Nagar, they managed to take the jobs at King Virat's Mahal in different capacities in disguise.
1. Elder one Yudhishtar as a pandit (the priest cum knowledgable person of mythology).
2. the strongest Bheem as a cook
3. the bow man Arjun as a dancing lady
4. & 5. Nakul and Sahadev as in charge of the stable of the King.
Bheem made this temple of Lord Hanumana. There are certain evidence in the museums of various places of Rajasthan.
It was really a dark and clear sky. I increased a little saturation to differentiate between dried trees and the same looking rocks.
The walls and architecture part was made during various kingdom and is very well preserved.

Nice note and photograph, Rakesh. As a south Indian, I did not know much of North Indian places.

Cool image, and good job on the PP work, I can't really tell that you increased saturation so you didn't overdo it! Well seen.

It's the great megalithic structure that stays as a basement of the temple that makes the difference. Good sharpness and the flock of birds is a good addition. Smart usage of human presence to give us a dimension estimation!
