Presenting a b&w picture made in possibly one of the most colorful countries in the world is kind of illogical, but I thought that the expression of the eyes of this woman was more catchy using this medium.
Another thing I would like to highlight is about how rewarding is taking portrait pictures in India where its people is so friendly and generally speaking they don't have any problems with that once you ask for their permission.

I like your almost symetric portrait of this indian lady, having a shy smile in front of your lens. Good setting to have the eyes sharp as the nose rings. The sepia hues add something new.
