The golden city of Jaisalmer, on the northwest fringe of India in the Thar Desert, is a truly magical place. One of the few inhabited medieval forts in the world, Jaisalmer is a throwback to the Silk Road, a sandstone city suspended in time.

Good intention but flawed execution. The scan isnt good but thats a common problem. Should have gone for a Horiz landscape, maybe tried a B&W siloutte version. Just thinkin aloud.

A belated welcome to TE. This one is good, but as Sunil said, I would also prefer a horizontal shot and cropping the lower part. otherwise a very good post . Lovely colours of the sky and the silhouettes came out really well. The scanned pictures always have the problem with grains, noise and sharpness. You can do postprocessing after scanning. Also you can use Neatimage to remove the noise.
