Photographer's Note

As I was walking by in the streets of Jaipur, I’ve noticed some interesting doors, but as soon as a little girl saw me with a camera, she asked to be photgraphed.

That’s what so cool to be in India, where everyone are spontaneously friendly, with good attitude and curiosity, whatever their age.

I love India.

splendid portrait. You've done well in choosing the composition, and the colours are magnificent. I like the light and the shadow on the right adding some "mystery" to the scene. Great work!

Great photo, Andre. I like the color and texture of the door in the background, as well as the sharpness & definition of this photo. The colors in particular (of the door, the child's skin & her dress) complement one another wonderfully! Regards,

Salut André,
Je découvre ta galerie déjà bien fournie depuis ton inscription en mars dernier ; et il y a de très belles photos.
Ici, j'apprécie beaucoup l'association de cette figure, si jeune, avec la vieille porte. Tout cela dans une netteté remarquable et des tons très agréables. La photo a un très bon contraste avec cette lumière qui vient du côté. Le regard est présent, et bien capturé. Ce portrait est une véritable réussite. Bravo.

C'est pas que j'aime pas tes derniers posts, mais fallait quand même que je note celle-ci.
Un très beau portrait avec une très belle lumière chaude.
J'aime cette correspondance des teintes et le paorte te donne un joil fond.
Joli regard fixe et j'aime bien les reflets dans les cheveux.
