You found one of the thousands of gems like this hidden everywhere in Indian cities. The door and the areas around it are proof of the great traditions of Indian craftsmanship. You grabbed the right moment for the lady to appear in the doorway. The exposure is perfect inside and outside.

Sto godendo la canzone mentre scrivo questa critica. Il brano certemente ha aggiunto un'atmosfera particolare alla tua foto. Il portone é stupenda, molto intricato e caratteristico. Hai fatto benissimo con l'estreme di luce ed ombra. Avrei sovra-esposto il sfondo per sicuro. L'Inclusione della signora nel costume tradizionale é la ciliegina sulla torta. Non ho mai visto l'India in persona, ma la tua foto me l'hai portato piú vicino.

Just getting back to critiquing after the festive season - I've been too busy recently!

An interesting note with an interesting link and a wonderful photograph to accompany it! The doorway itself it wonderful, togrther with the almost luminous yellow of the left door itelf, but that inclusion of a lady in brilliantly coloured clothing really adds to the imapct and the appeal of this photograph.

Gorgeous colours, perfect light and exposure, good composition and exquisite sharpness.

stavolta la colonna sonora l'ho sentita ed è anche bella ed appropirata, ti stai trasformando in uno sceneggiatore.
Direi anche geometra, vista la precisione del taglio della foto, ben guarnita di luce e colori, con la donna a fare da diversivo con i suoi meravigliosi abiti intonati.

god framing but for me you pressed the shutter a little too early, you missed the full woman in the open gate.

questa magnifica foto dev' essere la tua 500a su TE! Mi piace tanto l' inquadratura concentrata sulla splendida porta e l' architettura intorno a essa. La gestione della luce e' superba e oltre alle variazioni sulle tonalita', offre una chiarissima vista della porta dorata e della donna appena entrata. La luce piu' chiara nel cortile fa un sottile contrasto gradevole e rende l' apertura invitante. Complimenti per questa e tutte le altre foto belle ed interessanti di soggetti diversi e ben ricercati! Grazie e tanti auguri per il tuo lavoro futuro!
