This was a tough shot to take. This diorama was in a Jain temple; from what I understand, it represents an individual climbing toward enlightenment. The staircase goes up to the peak of a mountain, representing the peak of spiritual growth. Suspended from the ceiling are these boats, which carry puppets representing heavenly beings.
It was all behind glass, decorated with gold and mirrors, so most of the shots I took of it had glare and blurring from multiple directions. Still, I hope this edit shows the place well. I'll put a larger version of the photo in workshop for comparison.

Even though the picture is so blurred by the glass, I for some reason, like the composition very much. There is some aspect of balance - especially with the staircase, and the circular object at the lower right. Also, the workshop is very helpful!
