Photographer’s Note

I was on the top of the Lohgad Fort. The 360 degree view was more than grand and beautiful. Huge valleys on each side and the mountain peaks trying to poke their heads out of the monsoon clouds. Some of them fast approaching us, some already at our eye level playing the game of sun and shadow over the peaks and valleys. On my back was the flat top Visapur and in the front were the forts Tung, Tikona, Korigad. Before me was a steep drop to the valley ahead. The wind blowing so hard that my feet would not stand strong. My skin could feel the cold moisture in the air, and my heart was pumping at double rate... ...and while this would make any living individual go crazy, there she was hiding between the rocky walls of the fort of Lohgad... with all the ignorance of what is happening at the top... not even a trace of breeze... quietly conversing with the beautiful light that fell on her, offering its beauty to him with the tiny little beautiful flower while the light showing its quality at his best. I spent more than an hour here capturing their romance... Did I say my heart was pumping only at its double rate?
