A big basket of red and juicy strawberries. Doesn't your mouth water on looking at them?

This photo was taken on my recent visit to the hill station of Mahabaleshwar. It is the prime Strawberry growing region of India. Early in the morning, farmers get freshly picked strawberries from the fields that are all around Mahabaleshwar and sell them in the market. They make small bunches of the strawberries and arrange them neatly on a basket. In January, one such basket sells for Rs. 35 (approx 80 cents).
