A watchman with amazing mustache and he has a beautiful smile too. In India usually watchman has a special uniform with this type of hat, which is more similar to uniform of Indian police. :)

He does have a great smile. And a great mustache. Good choice on DOF to place the emphasis on the central subject. I might have framed this a little differently, trying to place the guard at one of the one-third points. This looks like it was an interesting street scene.
