Photographer’s Note
Former Portugese colony, Diu is a tiny island off the coast of Gujarat, India. A huge bridge connects it to the mainland. Narrow anceint alley ways twist and turn inside. A massive fort built in the 11-14th century graces the island. The major religion was once Catholic. Volcanic rock formations of all sorts grace the landscape. Huge crevices appear around the city walls with huge squarish rocks, and wild life.
