he is not fishing anymore,I was told.
Now he is the cutting master of Kanyakumari fishmarket.
Many people who bought fish there bring it to him and he is cutting it perfectly for a few ruppees.

Strong early morning light and a crowd of custumors.....not easy to find a good POV.

As an active situational portrait I like what you have captured here - the job, the tools of the trade, the background life of the place - nice supporting details to the nicely framed form of the man at his work - perhaps the bleached sky might have led me to black and white but the blod of the fish tells its own story.

ja, schwieriges Licht aber gerade der helle Hintergrund verleiht dem Bild etwas besonderes, da kommen die starken Farben noch besser zur Geltung. Den Mann hast du auch wirklich gut erwischt. Mir gefällt es sehr!
