Photographer’s Note
Pondicherry's beachside promenade, Goubert Salai (Beach Road) is a favorite place for a stroll, with its cooling breezes blowing in off the sea (Bay of Bengal). There's little to do, other than watch the world go by...
The picture was done at the end of the afternoon, and the light was not very bright; So I put a little more brightness in PP. Sorry for the "noise".

absolutely lovely image...the pink candyfloss, really adding something to this otherwise dark and moody scene.
The noise is not so noticeable, though the edges around the man are a little jagged? I love the disconnection between all three of your subjects...
a good job.

cool triangle shot which achieves what many members repeatedly fail in delivering, trying to catch a slice of insolite, accidental, and eye-catching daily life happenstance. i like that this shot can rivet us, while being about just about nothing. Again, I find the space a bit wide around them, though the bench is judiciously uncut, its solidness providing a base on to which the figures "dance". the movement of the young porter does magic to the image, as does the huge pink paraphernalia, and great incidence of it under the bench again. Perfect angle. hey, i supppose it' s not perfect (taken just a bit far, imo), but it' the possibilities certainly realized in that shot that grasp me. Bravo, Chris!
