Reach On Foot Island Photo

Photographer’s Note

Dharmadam Island : An island just about 100 meters from the shore. Although there are no permanent residents on the island, there are quite a few Tourists who take an adventurous route. I am told one could cross over to the island by foot when the Tide is low.

The island could well be a haven for Sea Birds, I just hope some regulations comes into place to promote Tourism without disturbing or damaging the environment.

A nice job given the difficult and harsh light .. I love the empty low foreground .. it gives a nice sense of dimension to this .. the silhouetted stone gives a feeling of power .. I might take them completely to shadow to amplify that further.

The image looks a bit overexposed on the right, the low pov benefits to its depth, looks like a pleasant place
