Hi Arun, you have all the ingredients for an outstanding shot, but i don't think this really was it. For starters, try and remove the date tag/display on your cameras setting (to remove the time tag in yellow on the bottom right). You have a great subject :), its all personal preference but i would of liked to focus more on the mans happy face, by filling it up in the frame and not just centering him in the middle of the shot , the background in this is not special so i would of opted for a closer view of his face. It would of been interesting in B&W as well, but that again is personal preference.
