A view of a village across the thanni lake a subsidiary of asthamudi lake. Here you can see men and women starting for their work . The small boat will bring them to the shore where I am standing. From here they will catch buses and will reach their destinations and start their day's work. The elephant crossed the lake and will join the festivities of a nearby temple where these elephants are a part of the temple procession.
