Photographer's Note
After what happened in London I feel like life is a labyrinth, like the one created by this brances. I feel close to those afected by the attack, sad as I felt myself back in march 11/2004 when another terrorist action in Madrid killed 191 people and wounded thousand of people, including my sister and her son.
Let´s find the way out of hate and wars, let´s understand each other. Nobody´s better than other. Lot´s of love for all of you. Take care.

Miguel,
I couldn't agree with you more. And I do like this picture very much -- it does a good job of communicating the connectedness of all of us that you are trying to portray.
One thing I like about this photo, besides being symbolic, is that it works on many scales. Looking at the thumbnail I couldn't tell if it was a photo of something tiny (like a system of veins, or the alveoli in a human lung), or something slightly larger (perhaps a coral growth), or something quite big (like a tree!), or perhaps something huge (like a nebula in space).
Congratulations on a very good image, and I join you in the thoughts you express in your notes.

Gracias.

Well, it seems that from the summit in Azores when the invasion of Iraq was decided that only Portugal is left for a terrorist attack… and that doesn’t rest me as I use one of the main transport routes inside Lisbon during rush hour and probably a spectacular place for a terrorist attack… The April 25th bridge train.
It’s a real sadness that things like NY, Madrid and London happened, and that the main leaders, supposingly wise people, don’t understand that hate feeds of hate.
Nice metaphoric image. A thick black border would work very well.
