(`Punnathur' Elephant Camp: -
This camp is managed by the `Guruvayur Temple' for looking after the elephants presented by the dedicated rich devotees to the god `Guruvayurappan'. Guruvayur temple is one of the most famous temple in Kerala and it is 35 km far from Thrissur city. The elephant camp is at 5 km from the Temple.
Right now there are 62 nos. of elephants in various ages.
These elephants will have daily bath in the morning and rich food after the bath.2 of them will be in the temple duty for 2 weeks. Their chances are in rotational
basis. During the festival season all of them get together in the temple and they will have different types of contests like races etc.
The tourists and devotees visiting the Guruvayur temple will never give up the chance to visit the Elephant Camp.)

Nice idea, but there are two important elements what dislike to me. First, the sharpness. I would like see the elephant with more sharpness. And second: the light. The background is so overexposed.
Anyway, is an interesting picture.

Nice shot, except for the Over exposed area....
Still, I would say that the timing is good.
