He cheated me, by quoting almost double the price for a kg of tiger prawns. Beware of these vendors who try to cheat you by quoting a very high price for these 'Tiger Prawns'. They'll use their best selling skills, but then you as a buyer need to exercise precaution and care - Negotiate and Haggle.
