Photographer’s Note

This is Mt Pandim from Thansing.

Mount Pandim, nestled between Dzongri and Thansing, is situated in West Sikkim District. It is about 6691 m high and is surrounded by the snow-clad mountains. From the Dzongri Top, one gets a breathtaking view of Mount Kanchenjunga and Mount Pandim.

This mountain is also suitable for trekking during the periods from April to May, and September to November. On its route, one can get a glimpse of yaks grazing on the meadows, wild flowers and rhododendrons. Overnight camping can be done at Onglathang, 3 km away.

Nice shot dark blue sky in the backgroud and clear white snow clad mountain in the foreground you have captured a great contrast dear. Thanks for sharing.
