This is where food is prepared for 100 odd lamas at Phensang monastry. Since the lights were very poor and I hand held the camera the picture may not be desirably clear but I thought the natural light lent enough drama to the scenario. The man in the middle was our gracious guide who also treated us with butter added salted tea and some dry rice snacks. And both were good.

I like your picture with this kitchen, it remenbers me the cook team during my trekking in Nepal that prepared very good plate in a very rustic kitchen.

This is a great picture. I love the tibetan kitchens.
I just think you could have added more impact toit by a little PP...
I tried a WS for you.

Hi dear Mukesh!
Glad to see you !
I like an atmosphere here that is very friendly and you captured it fine in point of tech, too.light and smoky situation made the shot very good, the quality could be better and need to be more sharpness, still there is a special warm friendly atmosphere in it that I like.
Well composed and Thanks for sharing.

very difficlut shot to bring out, there is a lot of space around them, with the bare walls and ceiling, especially since the monks come out as only equal to the other elements of the pix, spatially. Shot is steady enough (maybe not to print big), and the light is handled quite nicely, very clear all around, blue to green hue, but I think if there is something to critique about your shot, and learn from, is that all elements are too equal, and that neutralizes the dramatization you were aiming for. Someting like that....and IMO only ;-)
