On way to Guru Dongmar lake there is small hamlet called Thangu at 15k feet, generally used by tourists to acclimatise before going to greater heights. They were four of them of happy disposition and wanting to be photographed. The youngest standing in front, though may not look like, was the gang leader and led the others to line up for the photo session. She even said 'thank you' when the session got over.

Great portrait of very young "hooligans"! TRhey are so dirty, so sly! I don't know who I like more of the four, but each one is so special! And a very good photo, sharp, rich. Thank you for sharing Livia

Thanks, Mukesh. I really like your photo. Each of them has his own character and it can be obviously read on their faces. Real children from real India...

Each of this faces seems to tell a diferent story. Looking to the photo I started to wonder how they would behave in real life.
Very good picture.

Hello Mukesh, nice to meet you! This is a lovely capture of these children. Except for the one who is laughing, they all have such a serious look on their faces, that the almost look a bit old.

Spotted this beauty as I browsed your great collection of Taj images. Some day soon I will go there but I will do as you do and go before sunrise. This is a real beauty and is very natural. Just the way I want to capure these lovley people. I must look natural too, so I will not shave nor wipe those crumbs from my face. I will try not to look like a tourist. They must trust me and not look up to me. I will crouch down so they are above me and I will always smile. They must take my picture if I take theirs.
I did a WS to reduce the yellowness in the highlights and midtones and I think it is more neutral. The specks on the boys face looked more like digital dead spots. Not certain there. Everything else is just fine. TFS Mukesh.
