Tsomgo (Changu) Lake, Gangtok, Sikkim Photo

Photographer’s Note

The Tsomgo (Changu) Lake in Sikkim is considered to be a holy lake by the Sikkimese. This lake is about 35 kilometers from Gangtok. This photo depicts a part of the lake with its prayer flags plus a little buzzing settlement that's cropped up to sell food items, knick knacks and yak rides to tourists. You can increase the brightness a bit to make the mountain look better. I understand the sky being very bright!

Also, the mountain look a bit soft. At f8.0 maybe, this would not have been the case.

I agree with nithin - the mountain is far too dark. I think you should have waited for the sun to pop out of the clouds and then photograph. Anyways, try increasing the brightness.
