Hello Tabrez,
I think that you did a very good job of capturing this charming little girl's personality. She is lovely. I also like your tilted vertical angle. This is something that I need to do more of, especially for portraits. When properly done, this can add more dynamism to the photo and make it less static. This is a very good portrait except for the excessive noise which was due to the high iso setting. I would recommened that use use no more than iso 800 for your camera and iso 400 would been even better for this shot. The fill flash compensates for the lack of ambient light anyway. If you don't mind, I did a workshop photo for you where I used software called "Neat Image" which is a great tool for eliminating excessive noise. I did some monor enhancements like curves and highlights and shadows in Photoshop. This is a lovely portrait that just needed some noise reduction.
