Photographer’s Note
'Bar Pukhari'or the Sibsagar Tank is situated in the historic city of the district of Sivasagar in Assam. It is said to be built by Queen Madambikaand, two centuries ago. Three famous temples, the Shiva dol, Vishnu dol and Devi dol, are situated on the bank of the tank.
