On the way back from Dirang we stopped by a roadside dhaba to have some food. When we entered the eatery we saw that at one end of the kitchen a lady was cooking, beside her a small girl was chopping vegetables.. and directly opposite to them a man was roasting these fishes, by lining them up high above the fire.
