This is the Ganga Aarti at Rishikesh's Parmarth Ashram. The photo has been taken from the opposite bank of the river.
It is one of the most beautiful sights to behold. The statue of Lord Shiva (seen on the extreme right side of the picture) too is one of the most beautiful that I have seen so far.
