A special feature of this temple is a perpetual fire, that burns in front of the temple. The flame is believed to burn from the times of the divine marriage. Thus, the temple is also known as Akhand Dhuni temple

a fascinating looking and sacred temple, captured in its amazing setting. Lots of wonderful detail and colour in this wonderful image.

The shot is well framed, setting the ancient temple in the context of its surroundings. The eyes move naturally from the foreground building up the frame crossing the various elements. The orange flag and the green houses add a good splash of colour. Very good technical presentation.

(I hope the perfect name now!)
You shows us a very well picture, we see clear the decorative fore and side façade.
Also the tower and small chapel make these picture attractive.
Lovely composition, nice presentation too.
Very well done, TFS.
A lovely end and Happy New Year,

Nice shot of this famous temple from a well chosen high POV. I love the way you have captured a wonderful light on the temple top and the metal top is shining in that light. The temple looks nicely situated in the beautiful hilly surroundings. Nice temple with bright colors and architecture which is so unique to Garhwal Himalayas.
Thanks for sharing and wish you all the very best for 2014.

J'aime beaucoup ce cadrage vertical qui nous montre bien le temple et son environnement immédiat sous une lumière brumeuse difficile mais du plus bel effet. Les couleurs sont joliment saturées.

Beautiful and interesting subject, although it's somewhat cramped in the frame. I really like the light you took the photo with.
