Startling fact which really adds something to the photo (well chosen title to convey the main point right away). However, the pic is pretty nice on its own. It is a little 'messy' with a lot of elements. But his poise and stature makes it clear who is the main motive. Sharpness and greyscale could be better, but overall it works for me.

Nice capture of baba in standing... BW is giving it nice effect. In the background, a person in Dhoti - Kurta and Umbrella is watching towards you. This is really good.

A great photo of a very interseting looking character.
It seems, at least to me, a fairly pointless exercise to force oneself to perform an act like standing indefinitely - for any reason let alone faith in something which may, or may not, exist. My emotions swing from admiration to incredulity.
That said, you have produced a strinking image and I believe that the use of B&W adds to the image - despite the fact that the original is probably a very colourful image.
