The second of my small series of fishing. This man waits patiently and seems deep in thought as he fishes on the Ganges.

Hello WvdH,

This is a good shot Wanda. Your boat trip has been really profitable, as you have so many shots from Varanasi gat.

I like the clarity on your main subject, which really stands out from the scene. You've caught him in a particularly state of mind, which conveys interiority and peacefulness. You have done an excellent job to create a well composed image, where every elements fit perfectly, including the front of the boat and the man on the upper part.

Have you decided where you'll go for your next trip?

Take care!

André

Hi Wanda
I see you are continuing your beautiful India series. Collectively they present a compelling portrait of daily life in this wondrous land where the human heart and the fire of imagination are equally represented.
I'm sending you a note about a recent trip.

hi wanda,
good daily life shot. while he patiently waits for the catch he may be just thinking of his other daily chores and problems. the mood is captured well. tfs.

Hey Wanda,
Nice capture of this fisherman - I like his bored expression. And good catch of the walking man in the background for dynamic touch.

He does appear to be very deep in thought. Another wonderful capture. TFS

Well, fishing anywhere in the world is a patient job. I like this compsition and the way you have captured this man so appears to be the epitome of patience as he waits for a catch.

Hi Wanda

Yes sure, he is in very deep thought. I most like the POV and expression of this man's. Nice color and sharpness. Regarding composition i would like to see this in landscape mode than portrait.

kind regards

rajiv

well I think you do not mind me being a bit more straight in my approach & criticism
actually this vertical canvas looks better in portrait type shot or in any closed gate...
here this choice is not at all good
so no smiley's this time, sorry
