Another picture that I took in Varanasi, just wandering around by the river Ganges (Ganga in hindi). These women were having a bath in the holy river, something that is an hindu ceremony. People from all over the country go there to be able to have a bath in these waters, and many people come to die in Varanasi, as they want to rest in this river. Due to that you can see daily corpses being cremated by the river, and then thrown to the waters of Ganga...

Good capture of the daily life motif by the river M. There 'posing' is well caught and I like the light in this photo. Good result.

you catch the movement of the arm of the left (or blue) woman, the movement of the neck of the right (oe green) woman, droplets of water.... i like the centring you choose for this picture, juste the two women and the water, nothing else, il like particularly this picture in your collection.

Very powerfull picture here, full of colors & daily live's worries.
The stillness of the moment is very well captured.
The Gange is indeed becoming a problem with that many people bathing & dying there...

Olá Maria,

La textura de la água, las colores fuertes Y vivas de las tunicas hacen una composicion muy bonita. Por otro lado las expressiones Y gestos de las mujeres estan muy naturales,es como se dice, nos estan para la foto.

This one has really nice colortones Maria, very apealing, and a fine catching moment with the gradiant sharpness of the water texturing going over to a soft background putting the women in evidence sharp focussed. Well done.
