Photographer’s Note

I was busy taking photos of insects in a field, and this old man was watching me curiously from the side of the field. I talked to him and when I told him I was interested in taking photos of animals, either he thought I am crazy or that lying about something,... and I got this funny expression on his face.

Hope you like it.

I think I may have cropped it too tightly, but anyways, I like the expression.

Beautiful portrait. Excellent texture of the skin. The only thing to correct, would be, that the ear is cut off a bit. BTW, I really like the expression of his face, and the note about it. TFS

It's a superb portrait. The model is surely impressive, but the much merit much be credited to the photographer for having been able to catch so well his expression. The tight crop, the long focal, the impeccable sharpness and the warm toned B&W result in an appealing image. Good work!

haha a very interesting shot of the Dadaji in the frame. The emotion in the eyes is quite amusing. seems like he dosent trust the photographer:d The BW tone adds to the beauty of the shot.
