O.K so it’s a cliché! Probably the most photographed building in the world. How many pictures of the Taj Mahal are on TE already? “Too many!” I hear you say. Maybe so, but I do feel that the, figures of the tired looking, tourists, dwarfed by the great edifice, did just give it a sense of scale and humanity. As it happens this is the picture as it was taken; no cropping or p.p work, which in these days of image manipulation is maybe something. Also, a visit to the Taj is a memorable experience.

I like very much this composition and the feeling it evokes. It's great how you managed to juxtapose the couple to the magnificent and imposing building, they may look tiny but in your composition they are equally important. There's superb depth and sharpness and no other elements to distract in the foreground. The lady's dress is a wonderful touch of colour that makes her and her husband so eye-catching. I think they are looking towards the lens and this matters as well. I love the soft warm light and the natural colours. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great Sunday,

Still, you made this image very interesting by the way you composed it. Great shot and well done :-)
