Photographer’s Note

Well its Taj Mahal time again, I have to upload these into the mix sometime. We ended up visiting the Taj Mahal on a Sunday, which I think in hindsight was probably the busiest day of the week. We got in just as the gates opened at 7:30 am, after lining up for an hour. But even so, by 9:23 am when this was taken it was really busy. Many were local Indians and some from Delhi. I just figured I would get these guys in the photo, as I would never get a clear shot. You can see that the water is just starting to fill, as it was empty for cleaning for two days, much to the frustration of us touristy camera guys.

in spite of the water was not here, you composed very well this picture. The 2 guys give a dynamic picture. I like the colours and the light.

This is a classic shot but you manage to make something different with the people int he foreground.

bonne idée Steve, une vue plus originale de ce lieu merveilleux, vous n'avez pas eu l'eau mais le ciel est bien beau, il est souvent blanchatre...
